Amberwell Health

$12M Healthcare Facility
Atchison, KS

Overview:
Emerald Capital sourced and close $12M in NMTC Financing to assist Amberwell in expanding its critical access hospital in Atchison, KS to meet rising demand from area residents who would otherwise have to travel long distances to the Kansas City metro area for comparable comprehensive services. Amberwell will be adding, improving, and equipping new patient care, surgical, materials management, and admin space to increase its service capacity and quality of care.

$18M Real Estate Redevelopment
St. Louis, MO

Overview: 
Emerald Capital sourced and closed $18M in NMTC Allocation to allow Green Street Real Estate Ventures to redevelop the existing building to provide retail and office space to the Forrest Park Southeast neighborhood.  The project will create 150 permanent jobs, the majority of which are accessible to individuals without a college degree.  Additionally, Phase II of this catalytic development has begun, which encompasses a  multi-family development with 268 units.

Tiger Fiber

$7M Manufacturing Equipment Sauget, IL

Overview: 
Emerald Capital sourced and closed $7M in NMTC Financing to allow TigerFiber to grow their Commercial Hemp operations by purchasing machinery and equipment for their facility in Sauget, IL.  TigerFiber will create accessible,  high paying jobs and a new industry to St. Louis that provides environmentally sustainable outcomes.  The financing allows TigerFiber to bring a new industry not only to the St. Louis market but to the United States.  This industry is prevalent in Europe and TigerFiber is taking best practices abroad and bringing them to the United States. 

Meals on Wheels

$21M Nonprofit Facility Expansion
San Antonio, TX

Overview: 
Meals on Wheels will be able to expand their kitchen/meal operations from their current facility to serve almost 10,000 seniors / year in the San Antonio region.  Meals on wheels will also create nearly 50 new jobs while retaining 100 of their existing employees in the new facility.

Overview: 
Emerald Capital sourced and closed $7M in NMTCFinancing to allow Thor Boats to expand their operationswith the procurement of new equipment and machinery.The expansion will allow an increase in accessible and highpaying jobs for the rural low-income community.

Climate By Design

$27M New Commercial Facility
Owatonna, MN

Overview: 
Climate by Design International’s new facility will create a significant amount of new accessible jobs for people without a 4-year degree. All jobs will pay above the area’s average living wage for the rural community.

Beatrice YMCA

$12M Facility Expansion
Beatrice, NE

Overview: 
Using $7M of allocation secured by Emerald Capital, The Beatrice YMCA plans to renovate 52,000 sq. ft. of their existing facility and expand by over 14,000 sq. ft. to meet increased demand. The upgraded facility will benefit Beatrice and southeast Nebraska residents by improving the quality of life for youth, families, adults, and seniors through more opportunities for a healthier lifestyle while being the only local facility to provide a comprehensive approach to health and wellness for all ages.
